1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using It's Her Way platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use It's Her Way platform for personal or commercial business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the platform materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Services Description

It's Her Way delivers an AI-powered launchpad for entrepreneurs and founders, including strategy, market intelligence, financial planning, branding, content creation, growth orchestration, and productivity tooling. We provide dashboards, personalized AI workspaces, and business-specific guidance that adapts to the information you share with us.

Our core capabilities include:

• Business strategy and growth planning tailored to your market, goals, and historic data
• Market research with citations, trend summaries, and opportunity mapping
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and CFO-style guidance
• Branding, messaging, and sales asset generation, including AI-driven imagery where available
• Technology advisory, implementation roadmaps, and product execution guidance
• Personal AI workspaces where you upload files, ask questions, and keep structured conversations
• Curated task management, reporting, and operational dashboards that surface high-impact next steps

These services rely on the data you provide—business profiles, uploaded documents, conversations, workspace prompts, and credit balances—to deliver consistent, contextual intelligence. We do not connect to Gmail or Google Calendar, nor do we automatically read or sync external inboxes. We may modify, suspend, or retire features at any time; material changes will be communicated as described in Section 14.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your content as described herein.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, or engage in any other similar activities

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of It's Her Way and Bab Al Ilm AI. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Payment Terms

If you purchase any services or features through our platform:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update account information including email address and payment details
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall It's Her Way, Bab Al Ilm AI, or their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless It's Her Way and Bab Al Ilm AI from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

15. Third-Party Services

It's Her Way uses a small set of trusted third-party services to power AI, research, creative, and payment experiences. These partners process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.

• OpenAI for AI-driven text generation, chat experiences, conversation memory, and summarization.
• Perplexity for curated market research, citations, and discovery data.
• Replicate Flux for AI-generated imagery, branding experiments, and creative assets.
• Gemini 2.5 Flash Image for supplemental AI-generated imagery and creative exploration.
• Tavily for partner discovery, networking, and opportunity search.
• Stripe for credit purchases, billing, and receipt management (we never store full card data).
• Other analytics, hosting, and infrastructure providers that support service reliability and diagnostics.

We share only the minimum data required with these providers, and we remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws and user expectations. We periodically review our vendors and will update these Terms before introducing new partners.
