1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using It's Her Way platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

It's Her Way provides AI-powered business strategy, market research, financial planning, branding, sales, technology, and growth tools for entrepreneurs and business owners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

Email and Calendar Management Services: Our platform includes an Email Hub feature that integrates with your Google account to provide:

• Email management and organization through Google Gmail API
• AI-powered email summarization and thread analysis
• Automatic action item extraction from emails
• Contextual AI-generated draft email replies
• Meeting request detection and approval workflows
• Automatic calendar event creation through Google Calendar API
• Task management and synchronization
• Daily productivity digests
• Automated email filtering to reduce inbox clutter

These services require you to connect your Google account and grant us permission to access your Gmail and Calendar data through Google OAuth 2.0. By using these features, you agree to our access and use of your Google data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your content as described herein.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

8. Payment Terms

If you purchase any services or features through our platform:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update account information including email address and payment details
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall It's Her Way, Invisible-AI, or their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless It's Her Way and Invisible-AI from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

15. Google Services Integration

By using our Email Hub and calendar features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are granting us permission to access your Google Mail and Calendar data through Google OAuth 2.0
• We will use this data solely to provide the email and calendar management features described in our services
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for Google's services, availability, or any changes Google makes to their APIs
• We will comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including requirements for data handling, security, and user privacy

OAuth Scope: We request the following Google OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly - To read your emails
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send - To send draft replies
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar - To create and manage calendar events

These scopes are necessary to provide our email and calendar management features. We do not request any additional permissions beyond what is required for these services.
